The Sister Keeper Shut In is an all female empowerment overnight boot camp for annual nourishment of the mind, body and soul, hosted by HGTV's "Property Virgins" host Egypt Sherrod. This year’s boot camp takes place 7pm on Friday March 28th at the North Avenue Presbyterian Church. The goal is to encourage a spirit of sisterhood, and dissect issues that are holding us back from a happy fruitful life. Secondly, to confront a harsh truth amongst today’s women, which is that we are becoming our own worst enemies through jealousy, and self- hatred. And thirdly, create an environment of love, acceptance and abundance.
